Occupiers of premises where a diseased or animal suspected to be diseased with anthrax or carcase of such animal is present shall immediately isolate such animals or carcase and disinfect the premises. Milk produced by diseased animals shall be kept separate and treated in accordance with this Order. The Minister shall, in case of presence or suspected presence of the disease, order examinations to be carried out by the Veterinary Officer and declare premises, in case of presence of anthrax, to be an infected place.
