No person except a licensee shall perform any experiment and no licensee shall perform any experiment except in accordance with the terms of a licence and subject to the restrictions imposed by this Act. The Act places restrictions on the performance of experiments on animals by licensees. Licences, teaching permits and special licences shall be granted by the Minister. Other provisions concern, returns by licensees, inspections and regulation-making powers of the Minister. Full text English
