These Regulations enter into force on 28 October, 2000.
Abstract

These Regulations amend Schedule 3 to the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 so as to implement the requirements of Commission Decision 2000/651/EC amending for the second time Decision 2000/528/EC concerning certain protection measures relating to Classical Swine Fever in the United Kingdom. The main effect of the Decision is to remove restrictions on the export of pigs and porcine semen, ova and embryos from Essex.
