Abstract

These Regulations amend provisions of the Animals and Animal Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 so as to give effect to amendments made to Council Directive 96/22/EC by Directive 2008/97/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. Among other things, Schedule 1 of the principal Regulations is revoked.
