Section 1 gives a name to this document. Section 2 Defines a “Special Forest Area” as like written in the Forestry Order. Section 3 establishes that animal waste and droppings that have been found on land that is not considered as a Special Forest Area shall be of the land owner. Section 4 prohibits the taking of animal waste and droppings found on land considered as Special Forest Area. Section 5 sets penalties. Full text English
