Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the production and use of serum and antigene according to the Animal Disease Act in its version of 22 June 2004 (BGBl. I p. 1260). The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. The text consists of 49 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Production of vaccine (2); Authorization of vaccine (3); Official examination (4); Labelling of containers (5); Wholesale and import (6); Delivery and use of vaccine (7); Final provisions (8). Two Annexes are enclosed.
