Abstract

An Ordinance to regulate the production and use of serum, vaccine and antigen. The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Part 3 prescribes requirements for poducer plants, and Part 4 regulations for the production of vaccine, regulations for the personnel, how animals have to be kept and controlled. Also, the Ordinance deals with book keeping, registering, authorization of vaccination and marking of containers and marketing by chemists. The Ordinance consists of 42 articles.
