Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the assignment of competencies in matters dealing with animal protection. In particular, article 2 of the present Ordinance establishes that the competent authority is the Food and Agriculture Office. The said Office is also responsible for the compliance with relevant EU-directives. The text consists of 5 articles.
