Abstract: The present Law implements the Federal Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 25 January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82). Article 1 establishes that the Land Sachsen-Anhalt is responsible for the disposal of non-edible animal products according to article 3 of the Federal Act. The administration of the Ministry competent for health matters shall be authorized to transfer non-edible products to incineration plants or similar facilities. The text consists of 5 articles.
