Abstract These Regulations set out standards for dairy material and product, impose requirements on persons supplying or processing dairy material or product, provide for the evaluation and verification of risk management programmes and dairy processing operations, etc. Standards may relate to the composition of dairy product and material (art. 7), production and processing of dairy material and product (arts. 8 to 14), and to the packaging, storing and handling (arts. 15 to 21). Duties and requirements of farm dairy owners and of farm dairy operators are provided for in articles 22 to 25. Offences and provisions of miscellaneous nature are provided for in articles 29 to 33.
