Abstract Various definitions listed in section 4 of the principal Act have been amended or substituted. Sections 17, 20 and 22 have been amended by adding a new paragraph dealing with multi-business risk management programmes, and new subsections on applications for registration of programmes and registration of risk management programmes. Sections 59A, 60, and 61 have been repealed and new sections dealing with export requirements and official assurances have been inserted. A new section 108A on suspension of recognition has been inserted. Minor amendments have been made to sections 3(1)(d), 6, 8(1)(b) and (2), 13, 15(1), 47, 48, 51, 52(2), 82(1), 83(1), 88(1), 105(2), 140(1)(a), 161(5)(a), 162(1), 167(1).
