All parts of these animals which are fit for human consumption shall be considered to be meat. All meat which has not undergone any preserving process shall be considered as fresh meat; however, for the purposes of these Rules chilled and frozen meat shall be considered to be fresh meat. The Schedule attached concerns the mark for meat intended for a use other than in intra-Community trade in fresh meat.
