Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Animal Disease Implementation Law of 19 November 1987. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences of the Ministry in view of the implementation of animal health legislation. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Competences of the Ministry of Food and Rural Space (1); Competences of Administrative Council (2); Competences of national associations (3); Dynamization (4); Repeal of Ordinances (5); Entry into force (6).
