Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 gives powers to the Director of the Veterinarian Services to order the creation of paddocks for health treatments for animals. Section 3 gives powers to the Director to order the creation of paddocks within the area of a settlement and to debit its creation on the animal holders of that local authority. Section 4 provides for powers to the Government Veterinarian doctor to force the holder of an animal to bring it to the local paddock for health treatments. Section 5 gives general information.
