Abstract

This Regulation, composed of 5 sections and one Annex, gives definitions and makes provisions for the immunization of animals from various diseases. Section 1 gives definitions. Animals are defined as Cattle, Sheep and Goats of all ages, from both sex and of local or external breeding. Sections 2 and 3 provide for vaccination procedures. The Governments Veterinarian Doctor may announce the dates and places, within a Local Authority, in which the vaccinations of the animals listed in Annex 1, will take place. A vaccination tax, listed in Annex 1, will include all expenses related to the vaccine and its injection. Section 4 provides for marking procedures. The Governments Veterinarian Doctor has the power to order the marking of an immunized animal by any way by him decided. Section 5 gives general information.
