Pig holders shall be licensed by the Director of Veterinary Services. One of the conditions of for a licence shall be that the premises of the licensee are fit to keep pigs. A licensed pig producer whose premises are not fit for the keeping of pigs, or whose pigs are not kept in accordance with these Rules, shall be served with a warning that the licence may be withdrawn. If the holder of a licence does not follow the instructions included in the warning, the Director Veterinary Services may revoke the licence.
