Abstract

This Act prescribes measures relative to the prevention of introduction and spreading in Tonga of diseases and pests affecting animals. Animal is defined in this Act as "any living stage of the animal kingdom except human beings, and in the case of any mammal, bird, insect, or reptile, includes the egg, larva, semen or the carcase thereof".
