Abstract These Regulations prohibit the importation of microorganisms, vaccines and transmitters without a written permit by the Director of the Veterinary Services. Section 2 allows the import, possession or manufacture of microorganisms, transmitters or vaccines only with a written permit by the Authority and via a port of importation.
