Another amendment concerns derogations and relative requirements for small quantities (reg. 32 of the 2013 Regulations) in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/9. Schedule 1 is also amended. The Transport of Animals (Cleansing and Disinfection) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 are amended so as to provide a reference to the Animal By-Products (Enforcement) (Scotland) Regulations 2013.
