These Regulations enter into force on 15 July 2002.
Abstract

The principal amendments made by these Regulations to the 1995 Regulations are as follows: (a) the definitions of "animal by-products premises", "game processing facility"; the definition of "occupier" "stained" are extended or amended, and definitions inserted of "cold store", "cutting premises" and "slaughterhouse" (reg. 2); (b) regulation 4 is replaced with a provision which provides that the only whole carcases which have to be sterilised or stained are whole poultry carcases which are dead
