Abstract

These Regulations amend the Animal By-Products Enforcement) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 by inserting a new Part (IIA) requiring the immediate staining of certain animal by-products at a slaughterhouse, cutting plant, game handling establishment or cold store. Operators must, subject to certain exceptions, without undue delay stain specified animal by-products in accordance with these Regulations.
