The present Oridinance implements the Styrian Animal Breeding Law 2009 (LGBl. 35/2009). The text consists of 40 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Introduction (1); Recognition of breeding organizations and their modification (2); Activities of breeding organizations (3); Insemination, transfer of embryos (4); Final provisions (5). Five Annexes are enclosed.
