Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer of powers and designation of competent authorities under the Animal Breeding Act in its version of 22 January 1998 (BGBl. I p. 145). In particular, article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Ministry of Agriculture, the Environment and Rural Space is responsible for the execution of the afore-mentioned Federal Act. Article 2 outlines the tasks and functions that shall be incumbent to the Agricultural Chamber of Schleswig-Holstein. The text consists of 6 articles.
