Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Wildlife Act (Chapter W130). In particular, section 1 establishes that except under the authority of an amphibian and reptile picker's licence and in accordance with this Regulation, no person shall hunt, take or sell an amphibian or reptile, neither shall any person engagein business of buying or selling amphibians or reptiles. The text consists of 6 sections.
