For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 November 2016.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act (RSA 2000, c. M-17). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the preservation of ammonite shells. In particular, section 2 establishes that no person shall recover non-exposed ammonite shell unless the person is the holder of an agreement. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Definitions (1); recovery of ammonite shell (2); Application for and issuance of agreements (3); Term and renewal of agreement (4); Area of location covered by agreement (5); Conditions of agreement (6); Cancellation of agreement (7); Expiry (8); Repeal (9).
