Abstract The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act (RSA 2000, c. M-17). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the preservation of ammonite shells. In particular, section 2 establishes that no person shall recover non-exposed ammonite shell unless the person is the holder of an agreement.
