Article 13 of the principal Act is amended by changing the dates of the close season now being form 1 April to 14 August of each year. Article 33 excludes monkeys and vermin from species of animals the young of females may not be hunted on indication of the Secretary of State. In article 66 3001 is changed to 3000. The same article declares the District Courts to be competent territorially to judge offences prescribed by this law and no appeal shall be had against decisions of such Courts.
