This Regulation enters into force on 4 July 1997.
Abstract

This Regulation permits the use of one-fold fixed net within one nautical mile around islands listed therein (Art. 1), as well as the use of three-fold fixed net in internal waters except in the period of closing season for fixed net fishing, from 1 June to 31 August (Art. 2). In the Fishing Zone A, threee-fold fixed nets can be used all the year round but must be used only outside the first nautical mile during the closing season.
