Abstract Any foreign legal or physical person can not obtain property rights on Croatian forests, except as otherwise defined by international agreement. Croatian forests public company shall change the name into Croatian forests, completely owned by the state. Other amendments concern the increasing amount of money that shall be paid for penalties.
