This Amendment enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law consisting of 2 articles aims at adding article 63 bis to the Agricultural Law of 2015. the new article states that the competent court may not introduce mitigating reasons to reduce the penalty from the minimum prescribed for any violations stipulated in this Law in relation to forest lands.
