The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Air Quality Law, 2002-2004. With the purpose of implementing the European Community Directive 2001/81/EC regarding national emission ceilings for certain atmospheric pollutants, the present law carries forward amendments to certain sections of the principal Law. More specifically, sections 8, 17 and 19 of the principal Law are hereby amended.
