Abstract The present Regulation enacts the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation Act. The Regulation establishes a Production Insurance Programme, as contemplated by the Act, for the purposes of providing insurance for the kinds of loss or damage. The programme is also known and sometimes referred to as "AgriInsurance" or the "AgriInsurance Programme".
