Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the functions of the Director of Agricultural Appeals as appointed under the Agricultural Appeals Act, the decisions which may be appealed and the procedures to be followed in respect of agriculture appeals. Article 4 specifies decisions of the Minister or an officer which may be appealed and transitional arrangements.
