Abstract

This Statutory Measure, under section 15 of the Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990, provides rules for the authorisation of the use of distinctive mark pursuant to section 5(2)(c) of the Agricultural Products Standards Act in respect of a product specified in column 1 of the Table to the Regulations, which is of a class or grade as specified. An application for an authorisation for use shall be made to the Executive Officer, Agricultural products Branch and shall contain specified particulars.
