Abstract

These Regulations place restrictions on the sale of the kernels and pieces of kernels of the species Triticum aestivum ('bread wheat")produced in or imported into South Africa. No person shall sell such wheat unless the wheat complies with the standards for the classes and grades as defined by these Regulations. The Regulations also prescribe rules relative to packing and labelling of bread wheat and prescribe sampling and testing methods.
