The Form of a dealer’s license is prescribed in the Schedule I to these Rules. Schedule II prescribes fees. Permits for the removal of agricultural produce (defined in the Decree) shall be in Form No. 3 of Schedule I. Conditions as to the use of permits are set in rule 6, whereas rule 7 specifies the conditions of issue of permit books. Offences and penalties are prescribed in rule 8.
