Abstract This Government Notice, made under section 6 of the Agricultural Pests Act, 1983 (Act No. 36 of 1983), provides for amending the control measures published in Government Notice no. R. 110 of 27 January 1984, by replacing the table 10 concerning fees and tariffs payable for specific services, including: inspection and simultaneous issuing of a permit to exempt anyone from the stipulations of control measures; test, examination or analysis of samples, taken for identification and detection of bacteria, fungi, insects, virus, and other organisms; herbaceous indexing for the detection of viruses.
