This Regulation applies to the raising of animals and to the facilities used in the raising of such animals, to the storages for their waste and to the spreading of such waste. It also applies to parcels of land used for crop, except for silviculture, and to the use of fertilizers. This Regulation does not apply to the raising of canidae and felidae as well as fish farming, zoos, parks and zoological gardens.
