The Minister may also, in certain cases, grant a licence authorizing the export of any plant the exportation of which would normally be contrary to the provisions of an Order, and any such licence may be granted subject to conditions which the Minister may impose. The Act also concerns powers of enforcement and inspection and `the disposal of forfeited plants. Full text English
