Manufacture, trade in and placing of the market of agricultural chemicals shall be done in accordance with Regulations issued under this Act. The Board shall, among other things, ensure that agricultural chemicals are duly registered and that such agricultural chemicals are used in a manner consistent and in conformity with Regulations made under this Act and shall advise the Minister on policy to regulate the quality and importation of agricultural chemicals into Uganda.
