Abstract

This Act provides rules for the production, handling, import, export and placing on the market of agricultural chemicals and establishes the Agricultural Chemical Board and the Agricultural Chemicals Technical Committee. “Agricultural chemicals” is defined so as to include any chemicals used for promoting and protecting the health of plants.
