Abstract

An Act to regulate the development of agriculture. Part 2 deals with establishment of cooperatives regarding agriculture and Part 3 contains regulations for the transformation of agriculture cooperatives. Then the Act deals with issues such as dissolution of a cooperative, procedure to ascertain new property and legal provisions. The Act consists of 70 articles divided into 10 Parts.
