Abstract

Section 3 defines the offence of adulteration of produce, i.e. a variety of spices, coconut oil, skins and hides, mangrove bark and other commodities declared by the Minister as such under section 2 of this Decree. Powers of inspectors and examiners are set out in section 4. Other provisions of the Decree concern restrictions of prosecution of offences, acts done in good faith by inspectors or examiners, implied warranty on sale in contracts for the sale of produce and regulation making powers of the Minister.
