Abstract

The present Regulation implements article 49 of the Saxon Water Law of 12 July 2013. The Annex, dated 28 September 2007, to this Regulation contains the principles of waste water disposal issued by the Saxon State Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture. The Annex consists of 4 articles as follows: Preliminary note (I); Principles and deadlines for sewage disposal in the Free State of Saxony 2007-2015 under article 49, paragraph 2, respectively article 9 of the Saxon Water Law (II); Replacement of old decrees (III); Expiry date (IV).
