Abstract The Regulation makes provision for the establishment or administration of nature reserves in the Gansu Province. It consists of 30 articles. The responsibilities of the general management department, or any related administration department and the administrative department are listed in article 6, 7 and 8. It prohibits logging, hunting, fishing, cutting herbs, reclaiming, firing, mining, gathering stone, sand or soil, or discharging waste in the protected area.
