Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Saxon Water Law of 21 July 1998. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to requirements of development plans in view of water management projects. The text consists of 13 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Formal requirements (2); Scope of development plan (3); Number of plans to be submitted (4); General content requirements of development plans (5); Development plans for special types of projects (6); Description of projects (7); Overview, site plan (8); Construction drawing (9); Structural and hydraulic analysis verifications (10); Real-estate plots including list of owners (11); Self-monitoring (12); Entry into force (13).
