The Measures are developed in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes, and the Regulation on Medical Waste Management.
