Abstract

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Animal Epidemic Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of practicing veterinarians and rural veterinarians, standardize animal diagnosis and treatment activities, and ensure animal health and public health safety. The Mmeasures consist of 42 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions (I); Diagnosis and treatment license (II); Management of diagnosis and treatment activities (III); Legal liability (IV); Supplementary provisions(V).
