I No. 55/2007) and the Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes for farmers under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers of 19 January 2009. The Ordinance grants an additional suckler cow premium according to article 111, paragraph 5, of the afore-mentioned Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009. Article 2 names “Agrarmarkt Austria” (AMA) as responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 5 articles.
