Section 16 provides for representation of the Government in negotiation. Other provisions of this Act concern matters related to forest use agreements such as a performance bond and minimum expenditure to be guaranteed by the forest concessionaire, protection of Liberian permit holders, a land rental fee, duty free importation, requirements prescribed by the FDA regarding wool processing, and the employment of Liberian foresters.
