Abstract

This Act provides for public financial support for the helping out of farmers in case of illness, holiday or other reasons of absence or need. The Ministry of Agriculture shall issue rules regarding the amount and conditions of granting of financial support. The financial support shall be granted to a kind of mutual aid associations.
